y998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where y998 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (d) the User is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting y998 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any pending bonus forfeitures or outstanding liabilities) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses relating to Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Prohibited Conduct, and Governing Law survive termination and remain in full force.
